By accessing and using the YUSR RENT website (yusr.rent) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and applicants in the United Arab Emirates.

2. About Our Services

YUSR RENT provides rent-to-own and rent-to-buy-out vehicle solutions through two main programs: Rent-to-Own and Rent-to-Buy-Out. We are a car rental company with an option to purchase. We handle our own payment plans and do not act as a bank or licensed financial institution. All vehicle agreements are subject to our internal approval process.

3. Eligibility

To apply for our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a UAE resident with a valid Emirates ID
• Hold a valid UAE driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide all required documentation as outlined in the application process

4. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to our internal review and approval process. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Approval is typically communicated within 24 hours of receiving a complete application with all required documents.

5. Vehicle Requirements

Vehicles financed through YUSR RENT must meet the following criteria:

• Model year 2022 or newer
• Maximum mileage of 120,000 km
• Engine size less than 4.0 liters
• Maximum price up to 300,000 AED (subject to approval)
• Must pass our partner's vehicle inspection

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms including down payment percentage, monthly installment amount, and contract duration will be specified in your individual rental agreement. Contract duration is determined by the vehicle's model year. All payments must be made on time. Late payments may result in penalties as outlined in your contract.

7. Vehicle Registration and Insurance

During the rental period, the vehicle will be registered under YUSR RENT's name. Comprehensive insurance is mandatory and will be arranged by YUSR RENT. Insurance costs are the responsibility of the renter. Upon completion of all payments, the vehicle will be transferred to your name.

8. Traffic Fines and Violations

You are responsible for all traffic fines and violations incurred during your use of the vehicle. YUSR RENT will notify you of any fines received and you are required to settle them promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the YUSR RENT website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of YUSR RENT and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

YUSR RENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us under your rental agreement. The information on our website, including estimated monthly payments, is for illustrative purposes only and may vary based on individual approval.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
